1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the maya23 website accessible at maya23.cam, including all subdomains, mobile versions, and associated applications.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player upon successful registration with maya23.
• "Balance" means the sum of funds held in a Player's maya23 Wallet, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "Games" refers to all online casino games, live dealer games, slot machines, bingo, and other gaming products made available through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by maya23 to Players under specific terms and wagering conditions.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification procedures required before withdrawals and certain account functions are activated.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, region, or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of self-management features available to Players including deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the maya23 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the maya23 Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific Games or Promotions published on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and maya23 with respect to the subject matter herein. Maya23 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notice of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any corporate entity or third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms & Conditions, and all references to "you" shall include that entity.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

By registering and using the maya23 Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a resident of, or are located in, a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted by law;
• You are not a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or legal prohibition from gambling;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

Maya23 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residential address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension, voiding of winnings, and return of deposits at the Company's sole discretion.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To use the real-money features of the Platform, you must register a maya23 Account. Each individual may hold only one (1) Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes (OTP) transmitted to your registered mobile number. Maya23 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify maya23 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. Maya23 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You must ensure that all Account information is accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

4.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, maya23 will require you to complete the KYC verification process by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (such as a PhilSys ID, Passport, UMID, or Driver's License) and a proof of residential address document. Additional documents may be requested at the Company's discretion for ongoing compliance purposes.

5 Deposits & Payments

Maya23 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion or payment method.

All deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within the processing timeframe published for each payment method. Maya23 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.

Deposits made via a payment method must correspond to an account or card registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the transaction being flagged for investigation.

Maya23 reserves the right to reject any deposit and return funds if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Verified Accounts in good standing may request withdrawals at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before the first withdrawal;
• Any active Bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before withdrawal of funds derived from or subject to those Bonuses;
• The withdrawal amount may not exceed the verified Account's available balance;
• Maya23 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing high-value withdrawals.

Processing times are: GCash and PayMaya — under 5 minutes for fully verified accounts; BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank bank transfers — 1 to 3 business hours. Maya23 does not guarantee these timeframes and shall not be liable for delays caused by payment processors, banking system downtime, or force majeure events.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Maya23 offers various Bonuses and promotional incentives to Players. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of a conflict between specific Bonus terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific Bonus terms shall prevail.

General Bonus conditions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible Accounts only and are subject to wagering requirements as specified;
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met;
• Maya23 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus at any time with or without prior notice;
• Players may only claim each Bonus once unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment only and may not be exploited through systematic low-risk wagering strategies that abuse the spirit of a promotional offer;
• Maya23 reserves the right to void Bonus-derived winnings where evidence of Bonus abuse is identified.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the maya23 Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-Account rule;
• Providing false or misleading information at any point during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction, whether personally or through a proxy, VPN, or similar circumvention technology;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, fraud, or manipulation of games or outcomes;
• Using automated betting scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, including depositing funds obtained through illegal means;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software for financial gain;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including for the purposes of operating the Account on your behalf;
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of maya23.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the maya23 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, game assets, written content, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of maya23 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of maya23.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by maya23 is governed by the maya23 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, maya23 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform;
• Loss of winnings, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events;
• Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors, including delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals;
• The accuracy or completeness of any game information, paytable, or promotional material.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit maya23's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Responsible Gaming

Maya23 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting Players from the harms associated with problem gambling. We strongly encourage all Players to treat gaming as a form of entertainment, to set personal spending limits, and to take regular breaks.

The following Responsible Gaming Tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic alerts after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily deactivate your Account for a set period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account with immediate effect. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the chosen exclusion period.

To activate any Responsible Gaming Tool, access the Settings section of your Account or contact the 24/7 Support Team via live chat. Maya23 will action self-exclusion and cooling-off requests immediately upon receipt.

Maya23 complies with applicable regulations governing responsible gaming in the Philippines. Players experiencing difficulties related to gambling are encouraged to seek professional support through relevant Philippine support organizations.

13 Account Termination & Suspension

Maya23 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder;
• Receipt of a legally valid instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
• Extended periods of Account inactivity as defined in maya23's operational policies.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than fraud or Terms breach, any remaining verified Account balance (net of any void Bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their last-used verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting the Support Team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours, subject to the resolution of any pending withdrawals or active wagering sessions.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the maya23 Platform, you agree to first contact the maya23 Support Team and attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith direct negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in Metro Manila, Philippines, in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking interim injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

15 Amendments to These Terms

Maya23 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, unless immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulation.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Section 13.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available on the Platform and is identified by its "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.
